For Founders

Senior judgment before you need a full senior team.

Embedded product, technical, and company-building support for founders facing decisions that are expensive to get wrong.

Where we help

Bring experience into the room before decisions harden

We join the work rather than advising from a distance. The shape changes with the company, but these are common starting points.

Technical & product decision-making

Architecture, build-vs-buy, roadmap prioritisation, and the judgment calls that shape a product's early trajectory — including when AI genuinely belongs in the stack, and when it's an expensive way to avoid writing deterministic code.

Quasi-founding team support

Embedded, credible, senior support for sole founders and small teams who need more capacity without a full-time hire.

Hands-on delivery when needed

We're not afraid to write code, ship product, or run a sprint ourselves when that's the fastest way to move you forward.

“Build the smallest useful thing. Put it in front of people. Let evidence — not theatre — earn the next investment.”

Our approach to building
What we believe

Commercially ambitious. Founder-respectful. Culturally responsible.

We prefer proving value to promoting an untested story, and sustainable progress to growth at any cost. Funding can be useful; it should remain a tool rather than become the purpose of the company.

We don't believe commercial success needs to come at the expense of users, founders, or wider society. We want to help build companies whose methods are as defensible as their results.

If that sounds like the company you want to build, we'd love to hear from you.

Or skip the engagement and have it built

If what you need isn’t senior judgment alongside your team but the first working version of the business itself, that is MP Ventures — a separate offer of ours, on its own site, with a scope fixed before anything starts and a live product you own outright a month later.

Same experience as the one described on this page, pointed at building rather than advising.

Visit mp.ventures
